Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this title, except as otherwise specifically provided, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord. 1319 § 1, 1995: prior code § 24-9-1)
