An entry upon the premises of the city park, known as the Bolm-Schuhkraft Memorial Park, or any part thereof, during hours when the park is closed, in violation of a notice which shall be posted or exhibited at all main entrances to the park; except that, the public may travel the public streets located in the park after closing hours, but shall not park vehicles, cruise, loiter, or congregate on the streets after park closing hours. The Bolm-Schuhkraft Memorial Park shall be closed, daily, during the hours from eleven p.m. until six a.m. (Ord. 467 § 1, 1980)
