Section 13.24.090 Dedication to the city.

No sponsor shall earn or be entitled to recoupment fees under a recoupment contract with the city made and entered into pursuant to this chapter until after the sewerage facility and/or water facility that is a subject of recoupment has been constructed in compliance with the city’s codes and ordinances, inspected by, dedicated to and accepted by the city for public use.
