Section 13.24.140 Dedication of recoupment sanitary sewer and/or water facilities.

All recoupment sanitary sewers and/or water facilities shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications and standards required by the City’s codes and ordinances in effect at the time of the construction, and dedicated to the City for public use, whereafter the same will be owned by, operated and maintained by the City.”
