Each mobilehome space or lot shall be provided with an outdoor living and service area. Such area shall be improved as necessary to assure reasonable privacy and comfort. Spaces shall be arranged and mobilehomes parked in such manner that there is an open area of at least four hundred fifty (450) square feet at the rear or side of and as a part of each mobilehome space.
