Chapter 15.66 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
Section 15.66.060 Organization.
At the initial meeting of the Architectural Review Board, and annually thereafter,
the board
shall elect from its membership a chairman and a vice-chairman. The vice-chairman of the board
shall serve as the chairman of the board in the absence of the chairman. At the annual meeting
of
the board, the board chairman and vice-chairman shall be elected to serve for a term of one (1)
year each. A board member shall be appointed by the board chairman to serve as secretary of the
board. The secretary of the board shall keep minutes of the board meetings and proceedings,
recording the vote of each member upon all board action requiring the vote of the membership of
the board. The minutes shall also indicate the presence or absence of board members at the
board meetings. An abstention from voting by a board member shall count with the majority
who voted for or against any matter requiring the vote of the membership of the board. The
books, records, minute book, other corporate records and the corporate seal, if any, of the board
shall be kept and maintained in the office of the Citys City Clerk and shall be public records
available for examination by the general public upon proper request.
