Trailers used for purposes of storage shall not be allowed to stand or be located on any real estate lots in the city, except as follows:

    A.    When the trailer is being used in construction of a building being constructed on the lot, in which event it shall be removed from the lot within fourteen (14) days after the completion of construction of the building. Completion of construction of the building is to be determined by the zoning administrator.

    B.    When the trailer is being used for a special promotion, it may be located on a lot in the city, but not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the issuance of a permit therefor. The permit shall be issued by the zoning administrator.

    C.    When the lot owner is issued a special use permit therefor under the city’ s zoning code. (Ord. 1842 § 1 (part), 2000)
