A.    No minimum lot area shall be required for agricultural use.

    B.    A minimum lot area of 2.5 acres shall be required for one-family dwelling use.

    C.    Public school, elementary and high, or private school having a curriculum similar to that ordinarily given in a public elementary school or public high school, including religious instruction in parochial schools, hereafter erected, shall conform to the following minimum standards:

    1.    Elementary school: five acres plus one additional acre per one hundred (100) student design capacity in excess of five hundred (500) students.

    2.    Junior high school: ten acres, plus one additional acre per one hundred (100) student design capacity in excess of one thousand (1,000) students.

    3.    Senior high school: fifteen (15) acres, plus one additional acre per one hundred (100) student design capacity in excess of one thousand five hundred (1,500) students. (Ord. 1139 § 1, 1993; prior code § 40-5-1(C))
