A.    One-family detached dwellings;

    B.    Home occupations, as defined in the home occupation ordinance of the city (Chapter 17.46);

    C.    Accessory buildings and uses as defined in Section 17.04.030;

    D.    Private, in-the-ground swimming pools appurtenant to a one-family dwelling and on the same lot, when they meet yard depth and width requirements for principal buildings in the district in which they are located and when the swimming pool or the property on which it is located is adequately fenced to prevent free access of small children and meets all applicable health and sanitation requirements.
