In an R-1 (one-family dwelling zoning district), all streets shall have portland cement concrete curbing and guttering. A portland cement concrete sidewalk shall be required on at least one side of the street. The street paving may either be of portland cement concrete construction or oil and chip construction. Street and sidewalk construction shall be in compliance with the city’ s subdivision code except that street paving may be of oil and chip construction. (Ord. 1735 § 1, 1999)
