A.    Every one-family detached dwelling hereafter erected shall be on a lot having an area of not less than eight thousand five hundred (8,500) square feet, and a width at the established building line of not less than seventy (70) feet and a minimum depth of one hundred twenty (120) feet.

    B.    Churches and similar places of worship hereafter erected or structurally altered shall be on a lot having an area of not less than ten thousand (10,000) square feet and a width at the building line of not less than seventy-five (75) feet.

    C.    Public and Private Schools. Same regulations shall apply as required or permitted in the R-2 one-family dwelling district. (Ord. 1445 § 4 (part), 1996; prior code § 40-6-5(C))
