Notwithstanding any other penalty the law may allow and provide, including injunctive relief or criminal prosecution, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation, and a separate violation shall be deemed to have occurred for each day a violation exists or continues.
