Section 17.58.130 Off-street parking and loading areas.

Off-street parking lots and loading areas in an OP-1 Zoned District must provide sufficient room for parking vehicle movements such that vehicles do not back into public streets. A minimum gross area of two hundred eighty (280) square feet per vehicle will accomplish this requirement. No driveway or curb cut shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in width.

All off-street parking and loading areas in an OP-1 Zoned District shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of Sections 17.44.010 and 17.44.020 of Chapter 17.44 (OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING) of this Zoning Code. Said off-street parking area and loading area standards are the minimum standards the City shall allow for off-street parking and loading area construction and maintenance in an OP-1 Zoned District in the City.
