Section 2.04 CITY OFFICERS
Chapter 2.04.070 Salaries, reimbursement and compensation to be set by council.
A. The mayor shall receive an annual
salary and such other expense reimbursement or
compensation as shall be set by ordinance to be duly enacted by the city council, pursuant to 65
ILCS 5/3.1-50-10.
B. Aldermen. The aldermen shall receive
an annual salary and such other expense
reimbursement or compensation as shall be set by ordinance to be duly enacted by the city
council, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/3.1-50-10.
C. City Clerk. The city clerk shall
receive an annual salary and such other expense
reimbursement or compensation as shall be set by ordinance to be duly enacted by the city
council, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/3.1-50-10.
D. City Treasurer. The city treasurer
shall receive an annual salary and such other expense
reimbursement or compensation as shall be set by ordinance to be duly enacted by the city
council, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/3.1-50-10. (Amended during 1997 codification: prior code §§
