Section 2.17 CITY ADMINISTRATOR
Chapter 2.17.050 Bond.
The City Administrator shall furnish a surety bond in
the amount of $10,000 to be approved
by the City Council, as required by Section 3.1-10-30 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS
5/3.1-10-30). The bond shall be conditioned on the faithful performance of the duties of the
office. The premium for the bond shall be paid by the City.
