Section 2.17 CITY ADMINISTRATOR
Chapter 2.17.060 Administrative services.
Except as otherwise provided by state law or city ordinance,
elected and appointed city
officers shall deal with the administrative services of the City through the City Administrator and
shall not give orders to subordinates of the City Administrator, either publicly or privately.
