Section 2.18 CITY AUDITOR
Chapter 2.18.050 Financial advice.
The city auditor shall be the financial adviser of the city,
and shall render advice on all
financial questions affecting the city whenever requested to do so by any city official. The city
auditor shall evaluate and render financial advice and recommendations to the mayor and the city
council regarding bond issues and other types of city financing and financial matters. Upon
request by the mayor or the city council, the city auditor shall render written opinions regarding
