There is established a police pension fund, (the "fund"), in the city as required by the Illinois Pension Code (the "Act"). All policemen, their widows, dependent children or dependent parents are eligible for pension benefits from the fund who qualify under the Act, including the following sections of the Act: Sections 3-105.1, 3-106, 3-108, 3-108.1, 3-111, 3-111.1, 3-112, 3-114.1, 3-114.2, 3-114.3, 3-114.4, 3-114.5, 3-115, 3-116, 3-116.1, 3-117.1, 3-120, 3-121, 3-122, 3-123, 3-124, 3-124.1 and 3-124.2 of the Act.
