When death occurs to an employee’ s legal spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, child, an employee upon request, will be excused and paid for up to a maximum of three days, or one day for grandparents, mother-in-law, or father-in-law, sister-in-law or brother-in-law for funeral leave.
