Section 2.70 CODE IMPLEMENTING THE STATE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES ETHICS ACT


Chapter 2.70.050 Officer and employee defined.

        For purposes of this code, the terms "officer" and "employee" shall be defined as set forth in 5 ILCS 430/70-        5(c).
