Prior to the issuance of a license to operate a bed and breakfast establishment, the establishment’ s buildings and facilities shall be inspected by the city’ s electrical inspector to determine that same are in compliance with the city’ s electrical codes and ordinances. (Ord. 901 § 1(K), 1990)
