The chief of police shall provide each masseur granted a permit with an identification card which shall contain a photograph of the masseur and the full name and permit number assigned to the masseur, which must be worn on the front of the outermost garment of the masseur at all times during the hours of operation of any massage establishment granted a permit under this chapter.
