Every person who operates a massage establishment or practices or provides a massage shall, at all times, keep an appointment book in which the name of each and every patron shall be entered, together with the time, date and place of service, and the service provided. Such appointment book shall be available at all times for inspection by the chief of police or his authorized representative(s). (Ord. 1414 § 1 (part), 1996: prior code § 7-6-11)
