A.    An applicant or licensee shall permit representatives of the police department, fire protection district, building department or other city or city designated departments or agencies to inspect the premises of the adult use for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law any time it is occupied or open for business.

    B.    A person who operates an adult use or his agent or employee violates this chapter if he/she refuses to permit such lawful inspection of the premises at any time it is occupied or open for business. (Ord. 1718 § 1 (part), 1999)
