A.    Before being granted a license, every applicant shall pay a license fee to the city clerk’ s office as follows:

    1.    For the first machine or table, twenty-nine dollars ($29.00) annually;

    2.    For each machine or table thereafter, eleven dollars and fifty cents ($11.50) annually.

    B.    The license fee shall be paid annually in advance of May 1st of each year. If additional machines for devices are to be installed or displayed from time to time, the license shall be obtained before such display or installation.
