Corporations, firms, individuals or other subscribers permitted to install a system through the city’ s central control board shall be responsible for any and all false alarms. Each such corporation, firm, individual or other subscriber shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each false alarm received in excess of six during any twelve (12) month period.
