It is unlawful to deposit any garbage, refuse or recyclables of any kind in or on any public street, alley or sidewalk, or other public way. It is further unlawful to place or deposit any refuse in such a place or container that the same can be blown about by winds. (Ord. 1390 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 15-1-4)
