No person shall permit any garbage, trash, vehicle parts, and/or components to accumulate on their premises or private property. It is declared to be a nuisance and it is unlawful for the owner or occupant of real estate to refuse or neglect to remove the garbage or debris. (Ord. 1609 § 1, 1997: prior code § 25-3-1)
