Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this article shall, in addition to the penalties provided, upon conviction be fined not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each violation. Each day a violation continues after notification constitutes a separate offense. (Prior code § 25-3-8)
